WaveKat Voice is a desktop softphone that signs in to your easybell phone line, SIP trunk or cloud phone system over SIP and records and transcribes every call automatically. It runs on Mac, Windows and Linux and is free during the public beta — so you can put your easybell number on your computer without upgrading to Cloud Telefonanlage Pro for easybell’s desktop client. A call flow can answer the easybell calls you cannot take, with a greeting and voicemail, and every call can log itself in your HubSpot CRM.
easybell is in WaveKat Voice’s guided provider list, so you don’t hand-edit SIP fields — you pick easybell and enter your SIP username and SIP password.
Prefer to enter it by hand? easybell uses voip.easybell.de as the domain for phone lines and SIP trunks and pbx.easybell.de for the cloud phone system. Your SIP username is also the login, over UDP on port 5060 with a sign-in refresh of 600 seconds — the shortest easybell accepts. For TLS, use port 5061. Pick easybell in WaveKat Voice and the phone-line settings are filled in for you.

easybell is a German provider, running on servers in German data centres, that sells internet phone lines, SIP trunks and a cloud phone system (Cloud Telefonanlage). Every connection has its own SIP username and password. For apps, easybell offers the free easybell app for iPhone and Android and, with Cloud Telefonanlage Pro, a desktop client for Windows and macOS — and because easybell lines are standard SIP, any SIP softphone can sign in too.

easybell’s own desktop client runs on Windows and macOS but needs Cloud Telefonanlage Pro. VAT, as of September 2026). For any other easybell line — or for Linux — use a SIP softphone such as WaveKat Voice.
In the easybell customer portal. For a phone line or SIP trunk, go to Telefonanschluss → Verbindungen, pick the connection and open Details. For the cloud phone system, go to Cloud Telefonanlage → Endgeräte → Bearbeiten → Gerätekonfiguration. easybell’s login name is always the same as the SIP username, so those two values are all WaveKat Voice needs.
For the cloud phone system, the domain must be pbx.easybell.de, not voip.easybell.de — change it after picking easybell in WaveKat Voice. easybell also recommends TCP for the cloud phone system, so set the connection to TCP in the advanced settings if UDP gives you trouble.
One-way or missing audio is usually the router: turn off SIP ALG on it. easybell also asks you not to spread one line across several internet connections with load balancing.
Yes. WaveKat Voice runs on Windows 10 and 11 from the Microsoft Store — one listing carrying both the Intel/AMD (x64) and the ARM64 package — and easybell is in its guided provider list. Direct .exe installers are available too; those are not code-signed yet, so Windows warns about an unknown publisher on first launch, while the Store package is signed by Microsoft. easybell’s desktop client (with Cloud Telefonanlage Pro) and PhonerLite are the other Windows options.
Yes. A call flow answers the line for you with a greeting, checks your opening hours, offers a phone menu, takes a message, or transfers the call — and the message is recorded and transcribed like any other call, so you can read it instead of listening back. You can also pick the call up while someone is still leaving one. The greeting, taking a message and ringing you are free; phone menus, opening hours and transfers are part of Pro, free for a year during early access. The flow runs on your own computer, so the app has to be running for it to answer — otherwise the call is handled by whatever you have set up at easybell.
Yes. Connect your HubSpot account once and every easybell call you take or place files itself on the matching contact, with the time, direction, outcome, duration, transcript, and a recording you can play inside HubSpot. It is a Pro feature, free during early access, and webhooks cover any other CRM.
